Student ID Validation!

Please be advised that Student ID Validation is currently underway for the 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025–2026. All students are required to have their IDs validated from January 26 to February 20, 2026 at the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO).
Purpose of ID Validation
This process ensures that Student Identification Cards are up-to-date, accurate, and valid, and confirms that all ID holders are officially enrolled for the current semester, and serves as an important measure for the safety and security of the entire EVSU-TC community.
Important Guidelines
• ONLY the Class or Organization President is authorized to endorse and submit IDs for validation.
• The President must present a transmittal letter containing the list of officially enrolled students.
• Each endorsed student must have an attached Certificate of Registration (COR) from the student portal as proof of official enrollment.
• Unvalidated IDs are subject to disciplinary action.
Reminder
Please strictly follow the assigned schedule per Academic Department to ensure an orderly and efficient validation process.
