Based on Article 6, Section 16 of the 2017 Revised Student’s Handbook of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU), cross-enrollment refers to a student’s ability to take non-major or required subjects at another institution if those subjects are not offered at EVSU during the current term. This requires approval from the University President and recommendation from both the College Dean and the University Registrar, with a limit of nine (9) units.
Likewise, students from other institutions may cross-enroll at EVSU if they present a permit from their home school's registrar. This permit should state the subjects and the total units they are allowed to take at EVSU, not exceeding six (6) units.
