Based on Article 6, Section 18 of the 2017 Revised Student’s Handbook of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU), any subject taken from another school will only be credited if it has been expressly authorized in writing by the Dean of the College, upon the recommendation of the Academic Head. This written approval must be submitted to the University Registrar for official recording.
Additionally, EVSU follows a unified course code system. This means subjects completed at one EVSU campus may be credited at other EVSU campuses, but they must go through the standard assessment and approval process of the college concerned.
