Based on Article 26, Section 96 of the 2017 Revised University Students’ Handbook

As an officially enrolled student of EVSU, you agree to follow the rules and uphold the values of the University. While you enjoy many rights, you also have important responsibilities to help create a respectful, disciplined, and productive learning environment. These include:
1. Understand and support EVSU’s vision, mission, goals, history, and philosophy
2. Attend the Monday flag ceremony and join in singing the Philippine National Anthem, EVSU Hymn, and EVSU March
3. Join official school activities like convocations and academic programs
4. Wear the proper school uniform, dress decently, and follow the school’s grooming policies
5. Follow dress and grooming codes: long hair, earrings, ripped jeans, and revealing clothing are not allowed
6. Be on time for classes and attend all required university events
7. Aim for academic excellence and always do your best in school
8. Always wear your University ID while on campus
9. Join student orgs and participate in competitions to develop your talents and skills
10. Speak in English or Filipino when talking with peers, faculty, and visitors
11. Help keep the campus clean and green; no smoking is allowed
12. Promote a drug-free environment in line with national laws
13. Be honest, courteous, respectful, and obedient to school authorities and fellow students

By following these duties, you're not only complying with university policies—you’re also helping maintain the integrity and good name of EVSU.
