If you were absent for one semester or more and want to re-enroll, you must apply as a Returning Student.
This applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
Note: Students who enrolled in another institution or officially withdrew are not eligible for reinstatement under this process.
Steps for Re-enrollment:
- Secure a Re-enrollment Clearance Form from the Registrar and obtain required signatures.
- Present the clearance to your Department Head or Dean for evaluation and approval.
- Submit the approved clearance form and surrender your previous COR to the Registrar.
- Receive your updated COR as proof of registration.
