If you were absent for one semester or more and want to re-enroll, you must apply as a Returning Student.

This applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
Note: Students who enrolled in another institution or officially withdrew are not eligible for reinstatement under this process.

Steps for Re-enrollment:
  1.  Secure a Re-enrollment Clearance Form from the Registrar and obtain required signatures.
  2.  Present the clearance to your Department Head or Dean for evaluation and approval.
  3.  Submit the approved clearance form and surrender your previous COR to the Registrar.
  4.  Receive your updated COR as proof of registration.
