Based on Article 8, Section 29 of the 2017 Revised Student’s Handbook of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU), here are the guidelines:

Dropping Subjects:
* You can drop a subject before midterm exams by filling out the official form and getting approval from your College Dean or Campus Director.
* The form must be submitted to the University Registrar's Office.
* If you fail to follow this process, you may receive a grade of 5.0 and still be required to pay the full tuition for the term.

Adding or Changing Subjects:
* You may add or change subjects only within the first two weeks of regular classes.
* You’ll need to complete the required form at your College Dean’s Office and submit it to the University Registrar for proper documentation.
