Based on Article 15, Section 53.2, a grade between 3.1 and 4.0 is labeled as Conditional Failure. This grade is given when a student obtains failing marks in one or both major exams, summative tests, or required course projects.
The student is required to take and pass a removal exam within 30 working days upon notice. The exam is administered by a Removal Examination Committee organized by the College Dean, composed of:
* The Department Head (Chair)
* A faculty handling the subject
* Another faculty expert in the field
