❓ What is a CF?
A CF (Conditional Failure) means you almost passed a subject but didn’t meet the minimum grade. You may still pass the subject if you pass a re-exam. (Sec. 55.2 & 55.9)
How to Remove a CF:
1. Get approval to take a re-exam from your College Dean or Campus Director. (Sec. 55.10)
2. Pay Php150 per subject at the Cashier’s Office. (Sec. 55.11)
3. Secure a Removal Form from your college (show receipt). (Sec. 55.12)
4. Take the re-exam with your professor.
5. Submit the completed Removal Form to the University Registrar’s Office. (Sec. 55.13)
✅ Result:
* If you pass the re-exam, your CF is removed, and you get a passing grade.
* If you fail the re-exam, you must repeat the subject. (Sec. 55.2 & 55.9)
???? When to Take the Re-Exam:
* After the end of the semester, but before the start of the next semester.
