According to Article 15, Section 53.2, an INC (Incomplete) grade is temporarily assigned when a student fails to complete major requirements, such as:
* Midterm or Final exam
* Required project(s) in the syllabus
* Summative or formative tests
* Required academic tour or its approved alternative
The student must complete the missing requirement(s) within one (1) year from the end of the term. Otherwise, the grade automatically becomes a “5.0” (Failure). Justification must be supported by documents and certified by the College Dean.
