❓ What is an INC?
An INC (Incomplete) grade means you were unable to complete some requirements for a subject (e.g., project, report, final exam). It’s a temporary grade and is not yet included in your GPA.
Deadline:
You must complete the missing requirements within one year (2 semesters).
If not completed on time, your INC will automatically become a 5.0 (Fail). (Sec. 55.1 & 55.8)
How to Complete an INC:
1. Coordinate with your professor to finish the requirements.
2. Pay Php50 per unit at the Cashier’s Office. (Sec. 55.5)
3. Get a Completion Form from your college (present your official receipt).
4. Take the necessary exams/submit pending outputs.
5. Submit the filled-out Completion Form to the University Registrar’s Office. (Sec. 55.7)
⚠️ Reminders:
* INC grades are not included in your GPA until they are completed. (Sec. 55.4)
* You cannot extend the completion period beyond 1 year. (Sec. 55.8)
* If your professor hasn't submitted your grade yet, you may still request to complete the requirements. (Sec. 55.6)
