Co-curricular activities, based on Chapter X, Article 45, Sections 171–172 of the EVSU 2017 Revised University Students’ Handbook, include student leadership and involvement through officially recognized student governments. Each EVSU campus has its own Supreme Student Government (SSG) that operates under its own Constitution and By-Laws and is directly supervised by the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO).

The SSG is tasked with promoting student welfare, building school spirit, organizing university-approved activities, and representing students in discussions with university officials. All campus SSGs unite to form the Federation of Student Governments (FSG), which serves as the official university-wide student body for tertiary-level students.

To support student-led programs and leadership, a Trust Fund of ₱100 per student per semester is collected from the Student Development Fund (SDF). This fund is used for implementing projects, officer honorariums, and other approved student initiatives—subject to budget approval and standard accounting rules. The FSG also establishes its own governance through its Constitution and By-Laws.
