If you are planning to transfer to another institution, you must request your Transfer Credentials.

This includes:
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Informative Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
->> This process is allowed only once.

Steps to Request Transfer Credentials:
  1. Accomplish a Student Clearance Form from the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Fill out the Application for Issuance of Student Documents and check the box for Transfer Credentials. Submit it to the Registrar’s clerk for fee assessment.
  3. Pay the required fee at the Cashier’s Office.
  4. Submit the complete requirements to the Registrar and wait for your Claim Stub (with release date and time).
  5. Present your Claim Stub and valid ID when claiming your documents.
->> If someone else will claim it, they must present an Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
